Philosophy:
I believe that pains in the body are simply unexpressed pains in the mind. Only by exploring the self and coming to a place of Peace and Balance in our bodies can we truly begin to receive Long term relief.

History:
I began discovering bodywork at the age of 16 with Reiki training and the use of essential oils. I trained in Reiki for 7 years before receiving my Reiki III Degree mastership in Usui Reiki from Christi DeArment Martin in 2003. During this time I moved to Boulder in 2001 to begin studying with Dr. Marcy Foley. While studying with her I learned a great deal of knowledge about; aromatherapy, the topical use of essential oils, diet, energy work and naturopathy. My time with her was filled with knowledge and I feel that I have gained a greater understanding of how the body functions due to my time with her. After my time with Dr. Marcy Foley I began training as a massage therapist at the Boulder College of Massage Therapy and have since truly found my passion.
